"PersonalData"meansdata，whethertrueornot，aboutanindividualwhocanbeidentified（a）fromthatdata;or（b）fromthatdataandotherinformationtowhichapartyhasorislikelytohaveaccess.

“Process，”inrelationtoPersonalData，meansthecarryingoutofanyoperationorsetofoperationsinrelationtothePersonalData，includingwithoutlimitationtorecording，holding，organising，adapting，altering，modifying，retrieving，combining，transmitting，erasing，ordestroying，and“Processing”shallbeconstruedaccordingly.

1.2AnycapitalisedtermnotdefinedhereinshallhavethemeaningascribedtothemintheAgreement.
